Ready to mail your ecu?

  • Package Your ECU Securely

    • Wrap the ECU in bubble wrap or protective padding

    • Use a sturdy box to prevent shipping damage

    • Avoid loose packaging materials that allow movement inside the box

  • Include Important Information
    Inside the package, include:

    • Your name

    • Phone number

    • Return shipping address

    • Vehicle VIN (if requested)

    • Description of the problem or service needed

  • Ship Your Package
    Drop off your package with your preferred shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

  • We Diagnose & Service Your ECU
    Once received, our technicians will inspect, test, repair, or clone your ECU depending on the selected service.

  • Receive Your Repaired ECU
    Your ECU will be carefully packaged and shipped back ready for installation. Tracking information will be provided once shipped.

  • You will only pay for repair after we replicate the issue you are experiencing
