Welcome to Precision Auto ECU. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided

We specialize in ECU/PCM repair, cloning, programming, and testing.

Services are offered on a mail-in basis only; the customer is responsible for sending their ECU to us.

We reserve the right to refuse service on ECUs that are severely damaged, tampered with, or beyond repair.
2. Ordering

All orders must be placed through our website or authorized channels.

Customers must provide accurate information, including VIN, ECU part number, and contact details.

An order confirmation/receipt or order number must be included inside the package.
3. Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping their ECU to us safely and securely.

We recommend using a trackable service and protective packaging (bubble wrap, sturdy box, etc.).

We are not responsible for ECUs lost or damaged in transit to our facility.

Return shipping is handled by us using the service selected at checkout. A tracking number will be provided.
4. Turnaround Time

Typical service time is 1–2 business days after receipt of the ECU.

Times may vary depending on workload, service type, and complexity.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Warranty & Guarantee

All services include a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.

Every ECU is bench tested before return.

Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, physical damage, water damage, or tampering after service.

If an ECU cannot be repaired, we will notify the customer. In such cases, a diagnostic fee and shipping charges may apply.
6. Refund Policy

Completed services are non-refundable.

If we cannot perform the requested service, we will issue a refund minus diagnostic and shipping fees.

A 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies if an error is made on our part; we will correct the issue at no cost.
7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure proper removal and reinstallation of the ECU.

Disconnect the battery before removing/installing any module.
-
Follow all vehicle manufacturer safety guidelines.

We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling, incorrect installation, or unrelated vehicle issues.
8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

We are not responsible for vehicle downtime, labor costs, towing, rental, or any indirect/consequential damages including bodily injuries.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your State], United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
11. Updates
