Shipping Policy

At Zorba Auto Works LLC (Precision Auto ECU), we provide mail-in ECU services. This policy explains how shipping works for both incoming and outgoing packages.
1. Customer Shipping to Us

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their ECU/module to us.

We recommend:

Disconnecting the battery before removal.

Wrapping the ECU in bubble wrap or foam.
-
Using a sturdy cardboard box with at least 2 inches of padding.

Shipping with a trackable service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping to our facility.
2. Return Shipping from Us

Once service is completed, we ship your ECU back using the method selected at checkout.

All return shipments include:

Tracking number provided by email.

Professional packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Customers are not responsible for return shipping fees, unless notified
-
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
3. Shipping Options & Timeframes

Standard Shipping (2–5 business days) – via USPS Ground Advantage or equivalent.

Priority Shipping (2–3 business days) – via USPS Priority Mail or equivalent.

Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – upon request.
⚠️ Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external circumstances.
4. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

If offered, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
5. Shipping Errors or Issues

If a package is lost or damaged by the carrier we hold no responsibility after we ship it, we will assist with filing a claim through the carrier.
