Refund Policy

At Zorba Auto Works LLC (Precision Auto ECU), we want you to feel confident when using our ECU repair, cloning, programming, and testing services. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Completed Services

• All completed services are non-refundable, since each service is uniquely programmed or repaired for your vehicle.

• Every module is bench tested before shipping to verify proper functionality.

2. Non-Repairable Units

• If your module cannot be repaired or serviced, we will notify you.

• In such cases, you may receive a refund minus diagnostic and shipping fees.

3. Incorrect or Faulty Service

• If an error occurs on our part, we will re-perform the service at no additional cost.

• If the issue cannot be corrected, you may qualify for a full refund of the service fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Refunds will not be issued if problems arise from:

• Incorrect module installation.

• Vehicle wiring or hardware issues unrelated to the module.

• Physical damage, water damage, or tampering after service.

5. Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs (to and from our facility) are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for shipping their ECU to us. Return shipping is covered by the shipping option chosen at checkout.
